Vision of our office
Our name, Dekens Aytemur strafrechtadvocaten, says it already: we are a law firm in Amsterdam that is specialized in criminal law. We handle criminal cases in all shapes and sizes. No case is too big or too small. We have seen everything, don’t find anything crazy or weird and don’t shy away from anything.
We want to contribute to a more human dimension in criminal law and do more than our best to get the most out of a case.
If we have to describe ourselves, Nancy Dekens is the file tiger who prefers to be completely absorbed in a large case, becomes one with the file and does not overlook anything, while Semra Aytemur is the free bird who also feels very much at home among the small cases and knows how to notice and tell a good story in every case. Actually, we are Yin and Yang. We complement each other well.

Our office can be reached by phone, Whatsapp, e-mail and the contact form above. We are located in the center of Amsterdam. We are easily accessible by public transport. Tramline 19 stops in front of our door. Our office is open until 17:00 o clock. If there’s an emergency, we will make time for you outside office hours.
